Welcome to the Information Seeking in Context (ISIC) Conference to be held at the University of Technology in Sydney on 19-21 July, 2006
The ISIC conference is held biennially to explore various aspects of information seeking behaviour. The sixth conference in Sydney will be the first ISIC conference to be held outside Europe. Participants from the Southern Hemisphere are especially welcome. Papers from the conference will be published in the July and October 2006 issues of the peer-reviewed journal Information Research: an international electronic journal. You can view papers in the July 2006 issue.
This is the official web site for the ISIC 2006 conference, where you will find information to help you submit a paper, attend the doctoral workshop, register for the conference, plan your trip to Sydney, and learn more about Sydney and Australia. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at isic2006@uts.edu.au
We look forward to seeing you in Sydney in 2006.
